How it all began?
We are Vesna and David, culinary enthusiasts who started writing our story of the Heart of Tradition in the old town centre of Radovljica, in the Linhart House, where traditional dishes come to life in a new and modernised form, and the flavours take us back to the kitchen of our grandmother, who, next to the wood-burning stove, tells us stories about village life and makes us laugh with anecdotes from her youth.
The heart of tradition represents the tradition we live today, with close links to the past through people's lives and to the present, where tradition brings us together around a big wooden table full of delicacies, where we create new memories for future generations.
